I just want to draw silly things and perhaps make some people smile.
I know I'm asking for much, but I'm selfish like that.

oi. fuck the internet. do things for you, cause it makes you content, focused, perhaps even happy. everyones average, get yer butt off yer face and switch it up with some peaceful endeavors. look at cool shit outside, off the internet.

At least wintertime is slowly upon us, which is a great season to lay back, hibernate with books or games, and get a reprieve from summertime productiveness.

The whole internet popularity contest makes me feel the same way. Even if my art improves over time I'm still just as unpopular as always. When I turn it all off and just get back to making art I feel a lot better again, but somehow I keep forgetting that.

If you want to get well your break will need to last until next year MINIMUN, or else you'll be taking yet another break almost as soon as you return.
Burnout doesn't heal that fast, you came back when you were STILL recovering and look how it went. I had burnout before, took me over a year to start being able to get things done again. And other people I spoke to who had the same problem took about as long as well. Taking time to recover sucks, but if you disrespect your own limits, things will only get worse and it'll take you even longer to recover.
Take care of your health 1st. Both physical and mental. If you don't trust therapists and the like, at least do something that doesn't frustrate you as much as what you've been doing latelly.

Normally I'd say "get well soon" at this point, but you will not get well soon:
YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR TIME.
Please, take a propper break and get well IN THE RIGHT TIME before you push yourself beyond recovery.

Your art is muy buneo! You got this bro, enjoy the break. Looking forward to whatever badass stuff you do in the future

>Seeing creative people renders me jealous. It is pitiful, and don't want to be like that...

I don't know about others, but lemme give you my ratio on successful projects to failed ones.

1:30<

Yeap. For any success I have, I have well over 30 failed ideas, concepts and projects that didn't go anywhere. But you know what? I don't let that bum me out - and neither should you. Why? Because with each failure I learn that 'this method doesn't work' or 'I need to figure out something that doesn't involve such a failed method'.

That's how success is attained - through diligence and perseverance.

Followers, fans and money will come naturally, just keep working on collabs and have fun making your works. In fact, look upon what you perceive as your own works with a sense of pride. Go "Oh yeah, I made that." without an inch of sadness.

But for now, if you're feeling burnt out, the best thing to do is rest up, cast aside envy and admire the beauties of nature and the works of others. Maybe they'll inspire you.

See ya 'round.
